What’s uniquely yours to give?

AI is dramatically lowering the barriers to creation.

Today I played around with Lovable, an AI app builder, and created an app in about 30 seconds.

30 seconds!

To solve a problem that I’ve had for months. That’s… wild.

And the tools are only going to get more powerful.

In the wake of such creation, I feel a fresh urgency to answer the question:

What’s mine to give in this lifetime?

What’s the particular thread of life that wants to move through me? What are the capacities, sensitivities, and curiosities that I’ve been given — and how might they want to serve something larger?

In a world where so much can now be generated instantly, the deeper question becomes not what can be made, but what feels meaningful enough to keep returning to, again and again.

I saw a quote from the author of Key Person of Influence, Daniel Priestley, that points to a simple clue in how we might answer this question:

“Operate from passion — what brings you alive — because that’s what you’ll stay with. Others will always outperform you if you’re doing something they love more.”

The keyword there, for me, was love. Love holds an intelligence within it that can move us towards more generative ways of being together.

And I saw something from George Washington Carver the other day that confirmed this feeling further:

“What you love will reveal its secrets to you.”

Sink into that statement for a moment and see what arises for you. What secrets are waiting to be uncovered?

This direction feels like a map for these times.

It’s not about “finding your purpose” which can feel like a heavy, oppressive demand, but it’s an invitation into aliveness and presence.

  • What am I drawn to today?
  • What feels fascinating?
  • What has energy?
  • What do I love enough to keep listening to?
  • What conversations make me come alive?

This isn’t a fixed thing you have to hunt down. It’s here — moment by moment — if you relate to life through aliveness, curiosity, and care.

What if we started to tap into the frequency of love before making any decisions in how we want to live, to lead, and to coach?

How could that change our lives, and the lives of our clients, for the better?

Some food for thought as we enter a new week.

With care,
Joel
